I got my bag today, Oh man what a bag, I come home from work after two months of looking for my bag, thinking oh man oh I am going to get a bag, oh I got a bag, the box was better than the bag. I swing a R9 driver, a Ping Farway 3,7, muzuno 4-P and a Ping putter, and do you think that I would put them in a CHEAP A$$ bag like this... I am trying to keep this clean but if I'm going to get screw like I did on this deal, I live in AR this would mean a A$$ whooping. This is the worst I have ever fell into. Its a rip off, I am going to send this bag to Tiger Woods since he is behind Nike, and with my name and the PGA Partners Life Time Member patch on it and see what he thinks about it.This is a game of honesty and intergerty, for someone to promise a burton bag and send something so cheap as this bag. I WILL NOT CARRY IT! I opened the box today and looked at it, no external putter holder, you can buy the same bag for less than a hundred dollars.. I was promised more, its not the money, its the fact that they told me that I was getting a Burton Bag and they send me this CRAP! We all do business deals and you don't change midstream, you do the orginal deal, this is all I ask, man up... This is a HUGE Corporation not a little Golf Shop...

I understand your frustration, but is there any reason as to why you had to post this exact same this in three different areas?
I haven't gotten my bag yet, but I kinda knew what was coming after reading threads here. Unfortunately this place has really gone down the drain, but ya don't always get what you pay for regardless of the deal.

Smalltommy I know your frustration. Not on the level of the bag but with other aspects of this club. It used to be great. I paid my membership off in 07 and got the bag and it was the Burton bag pictured in the advertisements. It looks great and still looks brand new. I don't use it much though as I got a Nike VR staff bag for fathers day. I know that they did switch to Nike bags about a year ago. Not sure what happened with Burton and the PC but they shouldn't be advertising that bag if that's not what people are going to get. If you're (on anyone else who reads this) interested in a bag, I have a Nike Slingshot Carry bag that I don't use anymore. It still looks fairly new. I'm only getting rid of it because I now have 3 golf bags and I only use the one bag. I'm selling this bag for $50 and I'll take care of the shipping an handling. I paid my life membership about 2 years ago and I got an awsome Burton cart bag with the club logo and my name on it. I use it regularly and I get many complaments on it.

I have had mine for two years as well. When the bag cylinder collapsed after 3 months use, they authorized me to send it back and they replaced it.....when the replacement bag's putter well came off, I sent it back and they replaced it again........it took some time to get the replacement bag, but it was worth it. I have used it for over a year now......very nice bag. The club took care of the issues of a bad bag from Burton....guess that's why they switched....too many returns. As for me, I am okay with the bag.

Was your bag leather or something similar or was it the cheap nylon? I just got my bag a couple weeks ago and it was a Burton but was really cheap and looked nothing like the picture on the brochure.

I received my bag on 02/17/10. I was to get a Burton cart bag with a external putter well. I got a cheap Nike bag with less storage. The life membership is a rip off and the club does not appear to care about members being dissatisfied.

Hey, sorry to hear that your new bag was a disappointment.
Along with Froggie I've been a member for 2 years or more and the Burton bag they sent out was awesome.
You mentioned Nike, did they not send you a Burton cart bag? Or did you request a stand bag?
