I retired on 11/02/09 after 30 long years in law enforcement. I was driving the wife nuts!! Played a lot of golf. My handicap went up instead of down. The Pro asked me if I was interested in a 2 day a week job @ the driving range. I took it!! Want a great job!! SUPER people!! I was worried about the youth of America, not now. I see a lot of quality young men & women coming to the range. After dealing with the negitive side of our culture, it GREAT to see the positive!! Golf (and some other sports)is one of those few things that teaches respect and the positive aspects of our culture!!
Oh did I mention I get free golf & cart @ our 36 hole course?????

Lucky You !!!
My part time job in retirement is a Bailiff at the court house, so I get to see all that you saw during your career. Oh well, at least I make almost enough to pay for my golf. (at least until they went up on green fees starting this month)
