You sent me an email on Feb. 19 apologizing for me not getting my green fee rebates after trying four different times (each time waiting for more than a month before trying again). You also said if I didnt get them after the first week of March to send you a private message in the forum and you would send me them personally. Well I dont know how to send a private message as there seems to be no place for this on the website. So I will try it this way. Can you please send me the green fee rebate forms.
Also am I going to have to request these for each quarter or do you send enough one whole year? If so can I request now for the form for the second quarter as by the time I receive it the second quarter might be over.
Lastly, I have been a life member now for more than 10 years and have only gotten to test 2 items (one of which I gave to my buddy to test and got his feedback because I will have nothing to do with Nike). Is it possible that my report for the dura launcher tee was lost at your end and that is why I have not received anything new in years even though I re-applied for the product test several times. Is there any way you can look into wether or not my evaluation was ever received.

okay I figured out you have to click on the message tab below the persons post to send a private message. But now how do I know if I get a reply? Do I have to keep coming back to the same page every day to see if there is an answer or does a response go to my email? Anyone know the answer?

what a surprise. Same story as before. Another regular email with I am sorry. Our records show your request has been processed on such and such date. I never did receive a message back from Peter either. It was someone named Gina.

Wow I finally got a response from Peter. He gave me a blank rebate form and so I can just print it off every time I go to use it. And it only took me a few months to get it.... lol
