Annual Tournament Pass and Green Fee Rebate

Q. 

Is the Annual Tournament Pass benefit still available?

A. 

Yes.  It’s a bit different than in the past, but absolutely is still a benefit.  As a member of the Golf Partners Club, you can receive 1 rebate per calendar year, of up to $25.00, on a ticket purchase for ANY professional golf tournament. This benefit has been upgraded to include all professional golf events, regardless of sponsoring organization. Even the majors are eligible for the rebate!

To be eligible for the Tournament Ticket Rebate:

1. You must submit an original tournament receipt and an original tournament ticket stub.

2. Your rebate request must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on your ticket stub.

3. You must be an active member of Golf Partners Club at the time you submit your rebate request.

Request your official Tournament Ticket Rebate Certificate by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, address, and Golf Partners Club member number on your request.

You will receive your official Tournament Ticket Rebate Certificate within 3 weeks. Please follow the rebate submission instruction on the certificate.

Is the Green Fee Rebate program available?

A. 

Yes.  As a member of the Golf Partners Club, you can receive a $10.00 rebate for green fees paid in each quarter of the year ($40.00 total per year).

To be eligible for the Green Fee Rebate:

•  You must submit an official Green Fee Rebate Certificate along with an original green fee receipt, dated within the quarter for which the rebate request is being made. The Club must receive your rebate request within 30 days of the end of the quarter.

How do I log in for the first time?

Look for the "Login Box" on the upper left of the website or click here. Next, enter your last name and member number in the fields on the registration page, and then you will be asked to create a new username and password that will be used for everything on the website going forward.

Thank you for this question. Your old board log in information does not work for the new website and you will need to re-register. To be able to log into the new website the first time to look for the "Login Box" on the upper left of the website or click here. Next, enter your last name and member number in the fields on the registration page, and then you will be asked to create a new username and password that will be used for everything on the website going forward.

We encourage you to use the same usernames you are using now on these forums, because after all, you've spent years building your online identity. The new site will allow you to have everything synchronized to one account, no longer will you log on to the website using your name and member number, then have to enter a username and password to log on to the forums.

Please click on "Forgot User Info?" in the upper left corner of the website. Fill in your last name and email address, and an email will be sent to you with your username and a new auto-generated password.

Do I have to be a Club Member to post on the message boards and use the rest of the website? 

A. 

No you do not have to be a club member to post on the message boards and to comment on features and products. Become a Registered Guest. Certain areas of the site such as the Contests and Member Store are accessible only to Club Members, but there is still plenty of the website for our registered guests to enjoy.

A. 

You may have mis-typed your information. Please try it again. If you receive the notice again, you may have forgotten your user information. To retrieve it please click on "Forgot User Info?" in the upper right corner of the website. Fill in your last name and email address, and an email will be sent to you with your username and a new auto-generated password.

How do I change my password?

You can always change your password by clicking on the “Change password” link located on the upper left-hand corner of the website.

How do I add an avatar?  

A. 

Go to the top left-hand corner of the website and click on "My Account." Once on the My Account page click on the "Edit" button. There is a field to enter a url for your avatar and there is also a field to enter your forum signature.

If you have received the bill within 21 business days from the time you sent the item back, please disregard the notice. It can take up to this amount of time for us to receive the item back and process it as a return.

Membership Expiration

When does my membership expire?

Your expiration date can be found on your validation sticker.


Product Test Program

Q. 

How do I participate in the Product Test Program?

A. 

To enroll in the Product Test Program, you must complete and submit a Product Test Profile form. Submitting this form tells us that you are interested in taking part in the program and it gives us the information we need to select a product that you are able to test. You can submit a Profile form through the Club Web site or you can request a hard copy from Member Services.

I have been a member for a long time, why haven’t I received a product?

A. 

In most cases, the wait to receive a test product is under 6 months. Have you submitted a Product Test Profile? You can submit one through the Club Web site or you can request a hard copy from Member Services.

Do Life Members get special privileges when it comes to testing products?

A. 

All members are intermixed in the tester list and are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases we do specially select Life Members, but only at a manufacturers request.


Q. 


How long does it take to get a product to test?

A. 

Due to the popularity of the Product Test program and because it is necessary to match each member to the manufacturer’s tester selection criteria, it generally takes 6 months to receive a product. Normally, we limit testers to 1 product every 12 months.

Once I am in the Product Testing Program, am I in it until my membership expires?

A. 

No, after each test you need to complete a new Product Test Profile. This ensures that the Club has up-to-date information for selecting testers and that we only send test products to members who are interested in remaining in the program.
