No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Entries must be received by June 21, 2012. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One person will receive a round of golf with John Hawkins and the costs of transportation, hotel for one night and a post-round meal with Hawkins for the winner and spouse or a buddy. No cash substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs other than those specifically identified in the prize description. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit of one (1) prize per person. One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about June 22, 2012, and notified by e-mail and Facebook. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept prize, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC’s discretion. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date.
