Works great. Only problem is that each time you put a golfball through the cleaner the result is similar to wringing it out. As you squeeze the ball through during cleaning the water is forced out of the absorbent towel. On a hot dry day it won't hold enough water for a full eighteen.

I tested this product a couple years ago and was very pleased with the performance. Yes, the water can dry out, but most courses have water fountains or jugs on course so you can refresh it.

You have to watch what you are wearing.It keeps getting snagged on some of my shirts and pants.

Pocket cleaners won't work as most golfers already have pockets full of tees, extra ball(s), markers, club cleaning tools. A good towel with an rough texture will suffice, as will the ball cleaners at most holes. Also, the price is to high for yet another clip-on gadget.
